A European Union?

It is absolutely an outrage what is actually happening with Greece the past year.I recently wrote directly to the European Council demanding how was it possible that a similar situation could ever occur!Here is a copy of my letter:

''Due to recent events i would like to be informed on the European's council position on Greece's abundant  natural resources such as oil,gold and uranium but also solar energy  as a possible exploit for the up rise of the national economy.Instead of loans could you not invest on extracting these billions of worth resources so that the European Union as a total benefits?Also why can't the UE guarantee stability in the Aegean sea so Greece could spend less on armaments each year and more on boosting it's economy.If Greece looses money,the UE looses money thus we are in an economic partnership.I find it difficult to understand why the Union,as a circle of trust is not working.We can only benefit on mutual growth but it seems that every state is for it self.And if Greece manipulated their annual economic report,then who was responsible of controlling?Why no one cared for the continuum of loans and dept spread and long term growth?And if so why won't you arrest,in the name of the UE the Greek politicians responsible on lying to the Greek people but most of all to the European council,stealing from you all?Is it possible that a foundation as great as the UE cannot resolve quietly such a matter and  lose credibility in the world financial stage?I remind you that Greece represents also a cultural milestone of Europe,so attracting such an international attention on it's downfall is a damage to the European image as whole.  I sincerely urge you to do everything in your power to regain the trust of the Greek people towards the UE and vice versa  and take an active position on protecting a European state from international capitalistic vultures and help rebuild a solid economy.The Greeks will work of their dept if convinced that their efforts will not be in vain.Thank you for your time and attention.

Hope that they reply soon.The way i see it something is going terribly wrong lately.We are obliged to cut back on our capitalistic urges,at least between the member states for this union to succeed.Let's just hope that the new 2012 era does not find one more time Europe divided and in ruins.
